Share recipes by URL and control financial details
Create and revoke public recipe URLs. Kitchen managers can share; without Finance, the link is created and stays without financial details.

Who can share a recipe?
The owner, administrators and a manager with Kitchen access. Management users are included in Mise Pro (2 besides the owner) and Mise Pro HACCP (5). Mise Essential allows the owner to share. The PIN portal does not create these links.
The recipe must be active and owned by your account. For catalog recipes, duplicate one to share your version. Share only information you intend to make public.
How do I create a link step by step?
- Open an own intermediate or final recipe and select “Share.”
- If available, decide whether to show prices and costs. A manager without Finance does not have this option: the public sheet excludes financial details.
- Choose whether to allow quantity scaling. Visitors change the scale on their own screen without altering your saved recipe.
- Review search engine visibility. It is initially enabled; turn it off if you do not want to allow indexing. The link is still public to anyone who has it.
- Create the public link and select “Copy.”
- Check its settings in the public-links panel before sending it.

What if the manager gains Finance later?
A URL created without Finance stays without financial details. Create another URL to publish financial information with permission; the previous URL does not convert.
A financial link created by an authorized user is a public capability. Anyone who already has it can keep viewing it until revocation. Removing a user’s area does not revoke financial URLs already published.

How do I revoke a link?
From the recipe, open its public-links panel, find the link and use the revoke action. Check the action’s result. A manager without Finance cannot access financial tokens; the owner or an administrator should review and revoke financial links when needed.

Is this the same as a management user or the PIN portal?
No. Anyone holding a public URL can view that recipe. A management user signs in with area permissions. The team portal requires a PIN, uses no management seat and shows no prices. Choose the appropriate access for regular collaboration; do not treat a public URL as private access.
