A starting point for your kitchen, bar or bakery lab. A recipe you make your own.
Explore 282 built-in recipes with photos and descriptions: 214 intermediate preparations and 68 final recipes, in English and Spanish. Find a sauce, stock or dish, review its sheet and incorporate a complete copy to adapt to your business. The Library has its own space; your recipe book holds what you use.
- 214 intermediate + 68 final recipes · ES/EN
- All with photos and descriptions
- Included in every paid plan
Find the base you need
Search results filter as you type. Combine recipe type, category, cuisine and incorporation status to find new bases or recipes you have already brought into your recipe book.
Allergen filters, such as “Without gluten”, use declared allergens. Review the composition and products you actually use: the filter does not certify allergen absence or prevent cross-contamination.
- Search by name and combine or clear filters.
- Distinguish intermediate and final preparations.
- Review photos, yield, times, ingredients, steps, kitchenware and techniques before incorporating.
Incorporate a complete copy, including its subrecipes
Choose “Incorporate into my recipes” and review the summary before confirming. You get your own recipe with its ES/EN content and photos, together with the subrecipes it needs. Costs are recalculated using your selected ingredients.
Already incorporated subrecipes are reused by default. Miselup recognizes their Library origin, never their name. A sauce you renamed is still recognized; an unrelated recipe with the same name is not selected by accident.
Choose what to reuse and what to adapt
For each subrecipe, choose “Reuse my copy”, “Copy the Library version” or “Use another recipe of mine”. The summary warns if your copy has changed or comes from an earlier version with a different composition. Reuse keeps your ingredients and your own subrecipes.
You can also replace built-in ingredients with your own before confirming. Review units, waste rates, prices and the resulting allergens. Start from a documented base and adapt it to your kitchen’s products and method.
Only new recipes use your allowance
Browsing the Library uses no recipe allowance. Incorporation counts only new recipes of your own: the root and any subrecipes that need creating. Reused recipes do not count again. The summary shows how many will be created and whether they fit; a set exceeding the allowance is not partially incorporated.
Included in Mise Essential, Mise Pro and Mise Pro HACCP with an active subscription. Mise Essential allows up to 250 own intermediate and final recipes combined; Mise Pro and Mise Pro HACCP allow unlimited own recipes. Browsing and incorporation require management access with Kitchen write permission.
Keep control of your recipe book
The Library is a separate browsing space from your own recipes. Built-in recipes you already used remain visible as “In use from the catalog”, preserving existing uses.
A new Library version does not overwrite your copy. Adapt yield, instructions and presentation, and review allergens against your products. Origin identifies the starting base; it does not certify a HACCP process or change recorded checks or signed documents.

| Copy again | Another copy of the Library version | Each new copy counts |
| Use another recipe of mine | An active, compatible own intermediate recipe | Does not create that subrecipe |
