Where are the print and share options?

On the page of any recipe —a dish or an intermediate preparation— there is a «More actions» button with four options:

• «Production PDF (no costs)»
• «PDF with costs»
• «Download Excel (costing)»
• «Share»

What’s the difference between the production PDF and the PDF with costs?

They are the same spec sheet, with and without the money layer:

• Production PDF (no costs) — the sheet for the cook. It carries the «Ingredients & quantities» section, the preparation, the plating and presentation, the techniques, the smallwares and the allergens. No prices, no margin, nothing that shouldn’t be pinned to the kitchen wall.
• PDF with costs — the same sheet plus the «Costing breakdown» section and the «Total cost», «Suggested price», «Margin» and «Food cost» figures. It is the management sheet.

Choosing either of the two opens your browser’s print dialog, where you can print on paper or save the PDF.

One useful detail: if you have scaled the recipe on screen, the printed sheet comes out with those quantities and makes it clear with the badge «Scaled ×N from the saved recipe». How to scale is in /en/help/scale-servings/.

How do I get the costing into Excel?

With «Download Excel (costing)». Miselup generates a semicolon-separated CSV file that opens straight into Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, with the costing lines and their costs. If the view is scaled, the file downloads with the scale applied.

How do I share a sheet with someone outside my team?

With «Share» you create a public link to send the sheet by WhatsApp or email. You decide its permissions before creating it, and each link has its own:

1. «Show prices and costs» — if you turn it off, «the public sheet shows no amounts at all.»
2. «Allow scaling quantities» — whoever opens the link can change servings or quantities, «on their screen only».
3. «Visible in search engines (SEO)» — lets Google index that public sheet, with your brand behind it.
4. Press «Create public link» and then «Copy».

You can create several links to the same recipe with different permissions: one without prices for a client and another with costs for your business partner. The button for that is «Create another link with different permissions».

If what you want is for your own staff to consult the recipe book, don’t use one-off links: use the team portal, which they get into with a URL and a PIN and always comes without prices or costs — /en/help/team-access-url-and-pin/.

How do I take down a link I have already shared?

From the «Public links» panel, where all the ones you have created are listed and tagged by their permissions (with prices, no prices, scalable). From there you can copy the link, open it in a new tab or revoke it.

When you revoke, Miselup warns you what that means: «The link will stop working for anyone who has it. This action cannot be undone.» The cut is immediate and the saved recipe doesn’t change.

What if I want all my data, not one sheet?

That is a different thing: the full account download, with the button to download all your data in Billing. It generates a file with all your content, not just one recipe. The details and the conditions are in /en/help/export-your-data/.

Known limits

• Printing and exporting the costing are paid features. On the Free plan the first three options under «More actions» show a padlock and take you to Billing. Check what each plan includes at https://miselup.pro/en/pricing/.
• «Share» is only active on your own recipes. On a stock-catalog dish you haven’t customised yet the option shows up disabled; edit it in any detail (your own copy gets created) and you’ll be able to share it.
• Public links and printing are not available on sheets locked by a suspended subscription: the data is still intact, but the sheet stays read-only until you update your payment.
• The full data download can only be launched by the owner or an admin of the organization, and it requires an active subscription.
