Miselup's plans and how to switch between them

What plans does Miselup have?

Miselup has four current plans —Free, Essential, Pro and Compliance— and the price is per organization, excluding VAT, not per user. The up-to-date amounts are always on the pricing page.

What does each Miselup plan unlock?

• Free — permanent and no card needed. Up to 50 of your own recipes and preparations, the built-in catalog (1,200+ ingredients and 180 recipes with allergens), your own ingredients with your prices, dynamic cost breakdown per recipe, serving scaling, spec sheets with photos, nestable intermediate preparations, Offer (à la carte menus, set menus and buffets with cost and margin), today’s close of the daily P&L, 3 AI imports, recipes shareable via public URL and Team/Kitchen mode via URL + PIN.
• Essential — everything in Free, up to 250 recipes, full cost breakdowns, your own suppliers with purchase prices, spec sheets with photo, video and allergens, export to PDF and CSV, and email support.
• Pro — unlimited recipes and cost breakdowns plus the operations modules: daily P&L management with budget vs. actual, valued inventory with locations and FEFO expiry dates, supplier purchasing, production and mise en place, batch traceability, HACCP temperature control with email alerts, profitability reports and culinary AI.
• Compliance — everything in Pro with nothing held back, plus the HACCP suite: hazard and control point plan, prerequisites with typed records (cleaning, pests, training, receiving, water and allergens), product core temperature by lot, attachments that count as evidence, and the book that tells you which record is missing and since when.

Where do I change plan in Miselup?

In the dashboard, go to Account → Billing. There you will find your current plan card and the «Plans» grid with everything available.

1. Pick the billing period with the «Monthly» / «Annual» switch.
2. Press the button on the card of the plan you want: it says «Subscribe» if you are not paying yet and «Switch to this plan» if you already have a subscription.
3. Complete the payment on the Stripe screen. When you come back you will see «Payment confirmed»; the subscription can take a few seconds to show up.

Your current plan is marked as «Current plan», so there is no risk of buying the same thing twice.

Is paying for the whole year cheaper?

Yes. With the switch on «Annual», Miselup puts it like this: «Pay for 10 months, use 12. Billed once a year.» — hence the «2 months free» label. On top of that, annual plans include a 1-on-1 onboarding session to set up your recipe book.

How do I go back to Free, and when does it take effect?

To go back to Free you cancel the subscription from the «Manage billing» button on the Billing page, which opens your Stripe portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it isn’t cut off the day you cancel. Your data isn’t deleted: recipes over the Free plan’s cap of 50 go read-only and unlock again on their own if you return to a paid plan.

Who can change the plan?

Only the organization’s owner or an admin. If you sign in with another role, Miselup tells you to ask the owner to open that page.

Known limits

• One site per account. Today every plan —Free, Essential, Pro and Compliance— manages 1 site. Managing several sites or associated businesses is on the roadmap: if you need it, email info@miselup.pro.
• «Advanced» is a legacy plan: it is no longer sold, but it is kept for whoever already has it, and those accounts still see it in their plan grid.
• Inside Compliance there are features flagged «coming soon» (hazard plan editable from the app, and the catering block); the rest of the suite is already up and running.
